Pilates is an exercise method that conditions not only the body but the mind as well. Encompassing the eight Pilates principles (six of which are taken from the original Joseph Pilates method) it works from the inside out. Strengthening the deep core muscles, it works to improve posture, body alignment and flexibility and help you move better in everyday life.

It's beneficial for both men and women and can help maintain a gentle level of fitness and mobility or enhance your sporting performance. 1:1's can target your specific requirements or for overall body conditioning a group class might be more suitable (classes are kept small so that all clients get individual attention - max 12, but usually 10). Pilates is tailored to work at a level that is right for you to help you achieve your personal goals.
