Excellent feedback from One Day workshops! - 27/05/2017

The first ever Think Pilates one day workshops happened last weekend and what amazing feedback I got from both days. The venue was perfect, the food delicious and the mix of Pilates and fascia focus went down well with all. Everyone went away with a smile on their faces which made it all so worth while. Thank you to all who attended.

Slings Essential and Slings 1 training in Toledo - 18/03/2017

To further my training of the Anatomy Trains method last year and moving this into a fascial movement practice combined with Pilates, I attended an amazing week course in Toledo in Spain with Karin Gurtner. Gained Level 3 Qualification in Pilates for Bone Health - 18/03/2016

Due to new regulations with Body Control Pilates we now have to have an official qualification for teaching clients with Osteoporosis and other bone health related health considerations. I am pleased to have passed my Level 3 Qualification in Pilates for Bone Health
